Two ways to run comps: through the workshop assistant (fastest — nothing to set up), or on your own account (yours to keep).
Free accounts get one custom connector — this uses it. If the connector was added but nothing happens in chat, check it's toggled on in the tools menu next to the message box.
Start a new chat and describe the property. The subject usually isn't in the MLS data — that's expected. Paste what you know, straight from Zillow or Redfin if you have it:
"Run comps on 24 Milano Court — detached, 4 bed / 3 bath, 2,450 sqft, built 2003, two stories, 2-car garage, Terramor tract. What's it worth?"
Say "what's it worth" for a sale value or "what would it rent for" for a rent opinion — the data holds both markets, and the assistant never mixes them in one comp set.
A run takes 30–90 seconds and comes back with a styled report and a map as links. Claude narrates progress while you wait.
Version names are shared by the room — put your own name in them.
