One paste, one time. A connector gives your own
Claude a direct line to the workshop's comp machine — the MLS data stays on
our server, the runs happen on our budget, and the answers land in your
chat.
The address
The connector address (with today's access code) is posted live in
this box by your host:

Connect it — five clicks
At claude.ai, click your initials
(bottom-left) → Settings.
Open Connectors.
Click Add custom connector.
Name: Ladera Comps. URL: paste the address from
the box above — the whole thing, exactly.
Leave every other field (OAuth, Advanced) empty
and click Add.
Prove it works
Start a new chat and say:
"Run comps on 6 Tether Moon — detached house, 3 bed /
3 bath, 2,039 sqft, built 2002, Tether Moon tract. What's it worth?"
Claude narrates while the analysis runs (a few minutes is normal) and
comes back with a value, a client-ready report, and an interactive map —
as links you can open and share.
If it fights you
It demands a sign-in / OAuth — the address was
mistyped. Delete the connector entry and re-add it, pasting fresh
from the box above.
Claude ignores the tools — in the chat, open the
tools menu next to the message box and check "Ladera Comps" is
toggled on. New chat.
"You already have a custom connector" — free
accounts get exactly one slot; remove the old one first.
